Control and Force Systems

The control program allows the management of work recipes for diverse productions that are loaded in the master PLC to control the group of variables in the production line.

The control of a Production Line resides in a central PLC communicated to the peripherals through a Profibus DP network.
The system processes the data gathering phases in real time, giving it a high answer to action speed. It deploys the process variables and internal treatments on a dynamic liquid crystal screen.

All the command and protection elements are hosted in a self sustained independent cabinet, with all the due indications of status, environmental protection conditions and ventilation.
