Scissor Table

The robust structure of this equipment, built in structural steel, allows the work in loading conditions bordering 5000 Kg, allowing its continuous use without intervals for replacement.

The lifting system has in-line hidraulic cylinders that allow the even impulse throughout the complete structure. The speed of lift and fall is controlled through flow regulating valves located along the line.

The control system is placed on a command board that has all the necessary accessories for its manipulation, as well as an optional set of 2 pedals that can be installed at will for working with the table at whatever angle that is suitable.

The pulley lines are located on the upper part of the machine allow a soft displacement of the material and in the input of new product for processing. The pulleys can be repositioned to different positions, permitting the handling of products of different lengths.

The hidraulic potency is generated by a central with an electric motor and a pump capable of elevating the required pressure. In order to protect the equipment on the line, there is a pressure regulating valve and a bypass for overpressure. The control is achieved through an electric valve commanded bidirectionally by a solenoid that produces flow changes, giving mobility to the table. A series of filters in the suction as well as in the returns, avoids the contamination of the fluids in their recirculation.
