Entry and Exit Transfer Table

These are designed for working with brute, sawed and remanufactured timber, in varying dimensions according to the needs of each client. The purpose of this equipment is to serve as a movement modifier of the product from a horizontal plane to a transversal one.

The longitudinal transport is executed on plastic or metallic pulleys located along the entire equipment. It can be supplied through interchangeable sleeves that help absorb the wear and tear. A row of blades has the purpose of taking the material, changing its movement and place it in the next process. According to different requirements, these can be delivered with transmission chains that give it durability and resistence or with plastic belts for a more delicate treatment.

Both pulleys and blades have independent transmissions to make the necessary adjustments. The lifting system for the blades is achieved through pneumatic actors that give precise movements to each piece.
