Transfer Sleeve

The applications of this equipment are as varied as its designs, dimensions and load capacity. Our company is capable of developing and supplying transfers according to the client’s needs. Its main purpose is the link between processes that are executed in the production line, allowing the separation or union of the treated product.

Depending on the product to be transported, we select the type of tape to be used. These can be polyester sleeves covered with PVC or polyester with nylon. The maximum length for the transfer is of 50 meters, with a width of up to 1 meter.
This equipment can be built with small plastic or metallic pulleys for increased safety to the material.

The transmission system has a high power reduction engine that allows the effective transport of the tape. It has alternative lateral guides, friction loaders, top protections, reception containers, among other accessories.
