Unloading and Classification Table

These are designed for working with brute, sawed and remanufactured timber, in varying dimensions according to the needs of each client. The purpose of this equipment is to serve as a movement modifier of the product from a horizontal plane to a transversal one, to execute the selection and removal of the material.

The loading of the equipment is achieved automatically by displacing the product on a row of aligned wheels. Proximity sensors warn about the entry of materials, and through the programming of waiting time, or at the end of the line, a row of blades appear vertically, removing the selected section and placing it on transport chains.

The vertical movement of the blades is achieved through pneumatic cylinders, controlled by precise and efficient electrovalves. The transmission, in its different stages has reduction engines equipped with the necessary potency to complete the assigned task.

Though this equipment has been conceived mainly for the timber industry, multiple options allow the conditioning to different productive areas of the industry.
