Convective Infrared Transversal Oven

The operating temperature in the oven chamber varies according to the needs of each product. For an accurate application, there are temperature sensors along the different sections of the oven. The operator can modify the ranges according to the product’s needs on an operation panel. As an accessory to improve the superficial finishing, infrared radiation can be supplied through heating batteries that have electric resistances inside quartz tubes, with a power density of 70 Kw/m2.

This equipment is designed to dry painted molds, in dimensions that go anywhere from 25 to 300 mm wide and longitudes varying from 1500 to 5500 mm. The heat exchanger varies depending on the energy used, and it can be stainless steel to recieve direct flame, as is the case of gas, finned tube radiators with thermal flow, or a heating battery in the case of electricity. The energy delivered varies according to the requirements of the product.

The air flow within the oven achieved through a centrifugal fan that increases the transmission of heat by convection over the material to be treated, allowing an optimal drying of the surface.
