Mold Pre-Heating Oven

Equipment constructed in structural steel profiles A 3724 ES, which has an interior camera floor of high density refraction concrete, onto which a metallic plaque of great thickness has been mounted to hold the load while it is being preheated.

The oven’s hot face has been built in insulating brick of low density and channeled to support the heating elements. The equipment’s roof and doors are insulated using ceramic fiber in panels with a density of 96 Kg/m3.

The board for control and power are supplied with all the controlling devices, and security measures for its correct usage. Temperature controls on the electric board recieve the information from thermocouples located on both pre-heating zones, allowing the modulation of the electric charge.

The operating temperature in the oven chambers vary around 350°C, and they can be modified by the operator as needed from the control panel. Both doors are counterweighted guillotine-type doors that move on slides in an upper arch, giving maneuverability when closing. To avoid the electrocution of the operator the ends of the slide are supplied with switches the detect the opening of the chamber.
