Extruder Pasting

The transmission system is composed by a reduction engine of variable velocity and loading reels to force the passing of the part in the application box. The upper reels are fixed onto movable plaques that are regulated through trapezoidal threads from the exterior of the equipment. The upper loaders are covered by a polyurethane layer to improve grip without damaging the profile. This equipment is projected for the application of chalk paste over molds, be them made of MDF or Finger type hardwood.

It is composed basically by an adjustable application box, and a transmission system that forces the passing of parts through the system.

The application box, or head, allows the input and painting of parts that vary between 25 and 300 mm in width. This structure is made up by rectified plaques that are submitted to thermal treatment to prolong their lifespan, and that fit perfectly to the different profiles to be treated.

It also boasts fixation screws for easy access and manipulation.

The system also counts with a pneumatic to relieve the pressure on the part in case it gets stuck, without previous adjustments.
