Vaccum Painting Equipment

This equipment is designed to work with parts whose dimension varies between 25 to 300 mm in width. It is built entirely using 316L stainless steel to prolong its lifespan.

The vacuum pumps, together with the seal design in the chamber, generate sufficient pressure to create a vortex inside, covering all the surfaces of the profile in paint, giving the part a smooth finishing.

The paint application line has metallic filters that restrict the amount of particles that could damage the surface finish.

A series of metallic filters and disposable paper filters restrict the passage of paint to the vacuum pumps, avoiding damage and contamination.
