Chamfering Machine
The
transmission uses a reduction engine controlled by a frequency regulator
to modify the range of velocities. This equipment was designed to work in
the chamfer of timber, in dimensions that go from 100 to 150 mm in width.
The
processing is done through the lateral brushing of the product by blades
disposed along it, and then through a balance system that vertically approximates
the positions where the bits should make their cuts.
The
transport of materials is performed as each piece is loaded onto the sliding
base, and is guided from a vertical pile. Each piece is dragged through
the equipment, where the lateral calibrators and vertical chaflanera do
their work. In the end, the product falls on a table that groups a certain
amount and moves it to gather the next package.
