Continuos Sanding Machine

This equipment is built for high quality standards and is designed with varying operating groups, permitting the processing of different profiles independently of gender, form and thickness.

The transmission in this machine is made up by a central reduction engine that tracks various transport tapes and incorporates a tension system that maintains the process lined up.

To reduce the effect of loss of sanding over the pieces, there are automatic compensation systems controlled by a PLC that delivers adjustment signals and allow the operator to control the approximation of the sanding teeth according to his or her needs.

The motor’s slot on each head allows the mounting of sanding teeth that vary between 20 mm to 200 mm in width.

The transmission towers have lateral guides to keep the profile centered throughout the process.

Also available are vertical loaders with deformable wheels that ensure the proper traction between the molds and the transport chains. This equipment can be supplied independently or with a dust retention cabin, creating an optimal working environment for the operators.
